Founder and CEO.
Dajuan Wortham is the Founder and CEO of WOLF Enterprise, a Philadelphia-based real estate investment and development firm focused on residential redevelopment, ground-up development, and community-centered investment.
His experience includes real-estate acquisitions, investment analysis, residential redevelopment, project coordination, capital raising, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. Across his real-estate experience, Dajuan has contributed to more than 15 properties and projects and has raised over $50,000 in investor capital.
Dajuan studies Finance at Temple University's Fox School of Business and has completed real-estate development training through Drexel University. His leadership experience also includes founding and leading the NABA chapter at Community College of Philadelphia and supporting economic-development initiatives through the City of Philadelphia.
Through WOLF Enterprise, he is building a long-term platform that creates quality housing, responsible investment opportunities, and lasting value across Philadelphia neighborhoods.
